Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed

– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts, if using.
6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
