- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
- Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on one end of each slice.
- Roll up the bread tightly and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate dish, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating completely.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll-ups, turning frequently, until golden brown on all sides.
- Immediately roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
