Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is a rich, fruity dessert with layers of strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and a buttery cake topping.
Ingredients
– 1 box yellow cake mix
– 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly at the bottom of the dish.
3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
6. Drizzle melted butter and milk evenly over the cake mix.
7. Add nuts if using, then bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
